Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Lead Online Business Manager (OBM) to lead and optimize our online brand presence and drive significant business growth. 

 

As Lead Online Business Manager, you will be the driving force behind our brand's online image equity and digital activations across all online stylist and consumer touchpoints. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and maximize online sales.

 

Responsibilities & Job Accountabilities:

Strategic Brand Management: Develop and implement comprehensive online brand strategies to ensure consistent and impactful brand representation across all digital channels.

 

CRM & Data Strategy: Oversee the management and optimization of our CRM and data acquisition strategy, ensuring data-driven decision-making across all online initiatives. Manage and monitor data acquisition strategies, assisting in database growth to build high-value engaged contacts.

Plan, manage, and deliver personalized CRM campaigns across channels, incorporating targeting, content, and creative input in collaboration with Marketing & Education. Analyze customer and consumer behaviors, build segments, and ensure a data-driven customer approach.

Provide creative email best practices and data-driven optimization recommendations and liaise creative process with agency to increase engagement.

 

Media Management Oversight: Provide strategic guidance and support to the media team, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and optimal media performance. Spearhead the adaptation of media creative and oversee implementation with the agency, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and maximizing campaign effectiveness. Provide expert guidance on media and consumer journey optimization, ensuring proper tracking and adherence to digital best practices.

 

Website & Content Strategy: Lead the development of innovative and engaging website content that enhances user experience and drives conversions leveraging DMI input and brand equity.

Oversee brand website optimization, performance monitoring, and the implementation of new features and enhancements.

 

Online Sales Growth: Drive online sales growth through strategic initiatives, including Amazon store optimization, A+ content development, and targeted marketing campaigns. Lead 360-degree support for driving traffic back to Amazon through newsletters, media, and other channels. Develop and implement toolkits for partners to ensure consistent brand representation online. Lead e-retailer website PDP updates and drive innovation in online sales strategies.

 

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with product marketing managers, marketing directors, social & community managers, and education managers to ensure alignment and synergy across all marketing efforts.
