Key Job Accountabilities
- Be the supply chain data and reporting analytics expert in North Asia region
- Collaborate effectively with diverse local teams, and understand local demands and business purposes
- Drive the implementation of robust data and analytics frameworks for demands collected from local teams, ensuring the integrity and reliability of all analytics initiatives
- Champion the development of cross-region supply chain reporting, and facilitate clear communication and cooperation between technical and non-technical teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and above
- Minimum 5 years work experience, with solid background in data management
- Project management experience is highly preferred
- Practical knowledge in data tools (SQL, Power BI, Python, etc.) is highly preferred
- Supply chain knowledge is preferred
- Solution oriented with business acumen and competency to drive changes in complex cross cultural environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Good team player
- Fluency in English (oral and written) and Chinese
