Do you want to be challenged and developed within your area of expertise?  We are currently looking for a Nordic Sales Manager for SkinCeuticals in our L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Products Division in Copenhagen.


Your mission…

As the Nordic Sales Manager for SkinCeuticals, your role is to build, manage and develop long-term a multi-cultural field team across all Nordic countries while at the same time building excellent client relationships to achieve the targeted sales revenue and increase the performance of the Nordic SkinCeuticals offline clients, our aesthetic clinics. Your main mission in this role is leading a competent field team, managing and executing SkinCeuticals in-clinic strategy, planning tactics and operational execution. You are driving the medical channel growth plan, including clinic conquest, L4L sales targets, team leadership and team motivation for the full brand in all 4 Nordic countries. You will be responsible to optimize the commercial plans, financial & business planning, in-clinic objectives, and profitability. The role reports to the Nordic SkinCeuticals Brand Director.


You will…

  • Under the direction of the Brand Director, implement the brands sales and distribution strategy in each Nordic countries to strengthen then brands medical image and in trade execution
  • Lead and motivate the performance of a multicultural SkinCeuticals field team across all 4 Nordic countries to achieve turnover targets by delivering outstanding customer service and initiate action plans to drive sales
  • Together with the full sales team, focus on achieve the brands quantitative and qualitative goals (budget targets, clinic conquest, L4L growth etc.)
  • Be responsible for exclusive sales trainings towards clients to suport sell-out initiatives
  • Be responsible for facilitation and team’s active usage of CRM systems Kepler sales, including monthly reports to management
  • Develop a growth strategy & joint business plans for top 20 Nordic clinics together with Business Development Manager
  • Ensure Selective Distribution Agreement (SDA) compliancy with all clinics
  • Recruit, motivate and develop the Product Specialist team by maintaining a culture of excellence up to the point of sale, develop the expertise and sales know-how of the Product Specialists and implement organizational changes if neccessary
  • Monitor sell-in and sell-out objectives for SkinCeuticals, develop and manage sales campaigns, supervise team’s and individual performance of daily, monthly and yearly sales targets 


You have…

  • +8 years’ experience in an equivalent role, e.g. sales manager / key account management / buyer (preferably from medical and/or beauty industry)
  • Team management experience is a must
  • Analytical and data driven mindset; comfortable analyzing data in PowerBI and Excel and drawing conclusions from large data sets
  • Solid knowledge of strategic and tactical marketing principles and techniques, digital knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to travel across Nordics
  • Strong stakeholder management ability across multi-function and multi-country
  • First class communication and collaboration skills
  • Conviction to make decisions and influence internal and external stakeholders
