The Lancôme Makeup Nordic Product Brand Manager is the expert of the category, its strategy and marketing investments. Your mission is to lead the category development in the Nordic region, maximize sell-out and enhance the brand equity in order to meet our business objectives over the short and long term. You are accountable for driving and implementing a relevant 360 strategy O+O, engaging all stakeholders across all functions and all Nordic markets towards a shared vision. The role reports to the Lancôme Brand Business Leader in the Nordic Hub in Copenhagen.

You will.. 

  • Gain consumer insights and make strategic recommendations based on knowledge of consumer, competition, and trends to ensure local relevancy 
  • Own the product portfolio management including dimensioning, forecast, price positioning and lifecycle management  
  • Drive brand category strategy and 360 implementations of all launches and campaigns in collaboration with your stakeholders within the marketing team, local team and Zone (Global headquarter). 
  • Own the marketing & budget planning for your category (sell out, marketing investments and ROI)  
  • Provide convincing rationale and storytelling for commercial and trade to reach set targets  
  • Be the guardian of the category & product expression across channels: artworks, claims validation, model rights, etc.  
  • Drive the paid media strategy and execution in close collaboration with the Media Manager  
  • Conduct sell-out analysis and test-and-learn initiatives and share this both with your Nordic colleagues and the Zone  
  • Be an active contributor to the LUXE category tribe to secure a joined winning MUP strategy and activation plan for the Nordic region

 

Your profile...

  • You have 4+ years’ experience from a similar role   
  • You are fluent in English. Fluency in another Nordic language is a plus  
  • You are a strong communicator as well as a proven self-starter with a good strategic view and an operative mind-set  
  • You know how to make presentations that will involve and engage your audience  
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and are able to transform data and insights into actionable strategies  
  • You are able to work independently defending your own ideas while looking for synergies across the Nordic markets  
  • You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment  
  • You are a team player and know how to build connections & networks   
  • You have a hands-on and pro-active approach and want to drive results  
  • Knowledge of the beauty industry or the Nordic retail market is a plus
