As Nordic Senior Brand Manager of Biotherm/Helena Rubinstein you are the expert of your brand & the skincare category and involved in defining the brand strategy and FPP choices, including paid media, to maximize sell out and enhance the brand equity. As a “Brand Lead”, you support your Brand Director in key strategic topics or projects for the brand and your category (project management, stakeholder management, presenting in strategic meetings with key partners or zone) and in coaching the Product Brand Managers of your brand flower.

You drive the 360 strategy and implementation on your brand and drive the engagement around this. You focus on sell out performance to grow market share and develop the brand and the category. You drive the launch process and leverage consumer insights to ensure local relevancy.  You develop and manage innovative retail and communications campaigns and own the media plan implementation. You are the guardian of the brand equity. In your capacity as “Brand Lead” you have a full vision of the brand and assist the Brand Director on overall brand strategy and coordinate the media plan, retail trade plan, overall PPP management and drive Brand transversal projects or animations.

Your key job accountabilities:  
  • Day to day responsibility for the Product Brand Manager tasks on Helena Rubinstein with support from the Marketing Coordinator.
  • Oversee the overall Brand Media and Retail trade plan of Biotherm and Helena Rubinstein.
  • Oversee the overall Brand FPP planning and follow up in close collaboration with other team members: PBM, DMM and Marketing Controller.
  • Assist the Brand Director with the Budget preparation by having gathered knowledge in the necessary Brand meetings in Paris (Comité Europe/ Worldwide meetings).
  • Help drive strategic taskforces and projects, prepare and coordinate presentations for the Zone and pre-Budget.
  • Help prepare and coordinate Customer meetings and presentations.
  • Oversee transversal cross axe brand animations or projects such as “Christmas”, “Global Shoppers”, “Summer”.
  • Coach and help to develop the Product Brand Managers –upskilling, prioritization and operational excellence. Be responsible for introduction of newcomers.
  • Represent the Brand Director in key meetings or in urgent situations when he/ or she is unavailable.
Your profile:
  • You have at least 6 years of experience from marketing and/or retail trade marketing within the FMCG, beauty or luxury industry.
  • You are able to manage several projects and tasks with flexibility and top-down view.
  • You have a good knowledge of the on- and offline Nordic media landscape and trends.
  • You have an analytical mindset and are eager to look for consumer insights.
  • You are structured and have an eye for detail.
  • You are fluent in English and at least one of the Nordic languages. 
  • As a person, you value ownership, dedication and personal development.
