Define and implement a medical communication strategy and content towards HCPs (derms, pharmacists, other specialties) in line with brand priorities and with the consumer activation plan to encourage prescriptions and develop the credibility of the Brand as a true medical Brand, recommended by more than 50,000 dermatologists worldwide.


  • Medical multi-channel communication
  • Develops o+o medical communication contents in line with brand priorities
  • Deploys the multi-channel, (both on-and off-line) medical strategy in line with brand strategy (product plan, services, territories)
  • Participates to the circulation of scientific and medical expertise to other departments
  • Competition monitoring & analysis: prescription panels, barometer, analysis of medical messaging for competitors in the main medical categories.
  • Makes up a storytelling scenario and defines key messages / claims adapted to health professionals
  • Build, drive and manage an editorial calendar for content and services (online and offline) adapted to different medical targets (derms, pharmacists, other), and multichannel campaigns. Coordinate and make sure that the contents and the cycle plans are coherent.
  • Adapt the content and the communication tools to the targets and different touchpoints
  • Develops the communication assets & services for HCPs (sales visit aids, information leaflets for doctors and patients, medical training programs targeting doctors, websites/LDB.com.au, mail and newsletters, video, webinars, communication material for events such as congresses, exposome grant)
  • Develop training / education events for HCPs.
  • Leads local observational studies, clinical studies of relevant brands
  • Works with Medical Relations on KOL Advisory board meetings to ensure we obtain relevant feedback to drive strategic decision making
  • Contributes to implement international surveys on a local basis and puts into place local observational studies and ensures they are used.



  • Previous experience with product & portfolio management, ideally in the beauty/medical industry or similar FMCG environment
  • Ability to develop long term strategy through consumer & market insights and develop sound business construction
  • You will have previous experience in dealing with media agencies and briefings
  • Think big/ambitious and daring mindset
  • You will be an excellent communicator and collaborator to engage and deal with various internal and external stakeholders
  • You must be self-motivated & driven to be able to drive your own results and manage your time efficiently.
