THE MISSION: WHAT WILL AWAIT YOU

To ensure customer data quality and availability throughout the creation, modification, and publication processes while complying with group standards

  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and group standards for creation and modification of customer master data
  • Implement workflows to ensure traceability and efficiency of the authorization process
  • Monitor KPI for customer master data creation and modification:
    • Monitor number of new Customers vs deleted customers
    • Measure lead time to create customers
    • Extract, validate, and archive modifications of Customer Master Data field to check relevance of changes
    • Review every 6 months customer that have not ordered in the last 6 months
    • After agreement with Commercial, close all accounts that are no longer traded with
  • Provide technical support to the O2C teams in order to make sure that everyone understands the implication of CMD changes
  • To perform timely and accurate pricing and promotion management
  • Participate in the implementation of new projects
  • Take part in internal audits and introduce following process improvements


REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in any kind of Customer Service area represents an advantage
  • Strong attention to details in logging, updating, and managing customer requests
  • Medium to advance on excel
  • Self-motivated, great communication skills and fast learning 
  • Structured, ambitious, and well organized
