POSITION: Manager – eCommerce (Merchandising and Marketing)


REPORTS TO: Director – eCommerce

LOCATION: St. Petersburg, Florida (SalonCentric National Operations Center)



The Manager for eCommerce will drive merchandising and marketing strategy & execution for key PPD (L'Oreal Professional Products Division) Brands or Partner Brands on SalonCentric.com and the SalonCentric App. Individual is also accountable to brands/categories managed by Assistant Manager who directly reports to them. This role is responsible for acquiring and managing digital assets which support product launches and SalonCentric digital priorities. Cross functional collaboration is critical to this role in ensuring the vision of all key stakeholders is achieved, while also driving the best possible customer experience. This position directly influences digital/omni-digital revenue & profitability through campaign planning & eCommerce customer journey. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, comfortable working in a dynamic & fast-paced environment and has an Omni-channel mindset. Candidate should also possess leadership skills which allow them to support growth of Assistant Manager and ensure seamless execution for their team.


  • Supervise direct reporting staff including setting employee goals that align with company objectives
  • Manages requests, deliverables and execution for all digital assets of prestige brands/categories managed
  • Responsible for merchandising, promotional setup and banners for all PPD or Partner brand categories, including brands/categories managed by Asst. Mgr.
  • Oversees key initiatives for site maintenance such as SEO, internal search and dynamic sorting rules
  • Work with Performance Marketing Manager to evaluate site performance metrics and provide data driven recommendations for changes needed
  • Directly influences eCommerce/omni-channel sales through the development of marketing assets (banners, landing pages, etc.) and oversee the publishing of content
  • Attend regular meetings to plan and strategize both SalonCentric & brand campaigns
  • Management over third party vendor relationships which enhance the SalonCentric site and customer experience
