Job Summary:

 

This position is responsible for managing deployment to support international affiliates. The position requires a strong focus on ensuring stock is shipped timely to the international customers to meet global service expectations. It requires frequent interaction and collaboration with the international affiliates, Global Brand Supply Chain, and Distribution teams to resolve issues that may arise with shipment fulfillment and execution.

 

Key Job Accountabilities:

Responsibilities are not limited to the below listing:

  • Manage monthly and weekly deployment to 30+ international affiliates
  • Provide customer service support to affiliates including prioritizing shipments, ensuring smooth processing of file transmissions, and resolving inquiries/claims.
  • Coordinate with GBSC for confirmation and prioritization of stock
  • Work closely with DCs to prioritize and facilitate timely shipments
  • Maintain system-cleaning of backorders and affiliate master data
  • Publish affiliate execution KPIs and provide root cause analysis
 

Required Experience/Training:

  • BA/BS degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience within Manufacturing or Supply Chain
  • Possess well-developed communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to be able to build strong work relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work independently
