What will you do? 

 

Your Responsibility is to contribute to the implementation of staff D2C online (future) & offline sales platforms, coordinate operations and align with supply chain team in MY on ways of working to support fulfillment.

 

You are expected to manage the following:

  • Serving in the Offline staff shop in 1Power House at the agreed trading frequency   
  • Coordinate stock delivery to Staff Shop.
  • Receiving, displaying and organizing Stocks in physical staff shop
  • Performing regular price audits to identify and correct price discrepancies.
  • Performing inventory monthly inventory check
  • Performing end-of-day cleaning duties, to make sure the shop is clean and tidy according to EHS requirements.
  • Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner.
  • Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Performing daily sales closing and with Finance resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed.
  • Managing the online staff shops for Malaysia staff 
  • Ensuring that there is delivery to consumers from the Online shops within SLA defined (with MYSG Supply Chain)
  • Working with MYSG Supply Chain on catalogue & fulfillment
  • Refund management and monthly closing reporting      
  • Performing checks to ensure product info are correctly display on website.
  • Coordination of effective catalogue management (including product assortment & pricing) for both online & offline sales together with the stakeholders responsible. .
  • Working with Malaysia Marketing team and Demand Planner to source and load the DAM/PIM data into Revel & NGL
  • Alignment for staff between online & offline entitlements vs Revel system 
  • Delivering upon the reporting requirements for this role 
    • Service to consumers (including but not limited to client service level calculation (OSA & ATP) 
    • Accuracy of catalogue data & reliability of websites (together with IT)
    • To involve and co-ordinate with Supply Chain Team for Loreal For The Future activities (Mystery Box, Friend and Family Sale)
