Ensure efficiency of the learning organization by putting data at the core of our decision-making process.

In your job, you’ll be interacting with different stakeholders:

Global learning team

-       Define KPIs aligned with the learning frame and design the best way for internal stakeholders to manage them

-       Manage the yearly Country Reporting Process in order to publish Learning KPIs in the annual report

-       Support the strategic governance of the programs portfolio by providing data analysis and striking data visualization

-       Curate innovative learning digital tools that meet our [email protected] and digital content factory objectives

-       Manage the frontend of our Learning Management Platform

Content manager / content providers

-       Work with content providers to integrate their content within our Learning Management Platform

IT / OneHR support team

-       Make sure that the data runs smoothly throughout our systems, and co-design visual dashboards for the BI applications

-       Work with OneHR team on continuous improvement of the Learning Management Platform

Practices, Zones and Countries

-       Upskill practices/internal universities/delivery centers on the use of digital learning tools

-       Upskill internal stakeholders on data management and on the use of internal data-based applications

-       Ensure the gatekeeping of data policies/tools
