Job Summary: As a Lancôme Beauty Consultant, you will embody the elegance and sophistication of the brand, providing exceptional client service and expert beauty advice. You will create a personalized and luxurious experience for each client, building relationships and fostering brand loyalty. Your passion for beauty, combined with your drive for sales success, will contribute significantly to achieving Lancôme's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Elevated Client Experience: Provide a warm and welcoming environment for every client. Offer personalized consultations, including skincare analysis, makeup application, and fragrance selection, tailored to individual needs and preferences.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by effectively promoting and selling Lancôme's range of skincare, makeup, and fragrance products.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Lancôme's product portfolio, ingredients, benefits, and application techniques.
- Brand Representation: Embody the Lancôme brand image of elegance, sophistication, and scientific innovation in all client interactions.
- Visual Merchandising: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of an attractive and inviting retail environment.
- Operational Excellence: Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- O-Level, SPM or equivalent; Cosmetology related certification preferred
- Previous experience in a retail sales environment, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for beauty and cosmetics, with a strong understanding of skincare and makeup application techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
