We are seeking a dynamic individual with existing marketing effectiveness expertise to drive and improve our marketing activities. Working as part of the Media team, within the wider corporate CMO team, you will work with all divisions in the company, and help drive the company towards a data-driven & growth mindset.


YOU WILL...

·Build the learning agenda with key agency and media owner partners to answer business questions
·Be responsible for managing & implementing measurement studies to address business issues, with particular focus on marketing & media activities
·Ensure each project delivers actionable insights to the business, which can be implemented
·Coach Marketing teams to utilise the information available through our measurement studies, and continually improve & develop knowledge and expertise in the wider business
·Keep up to date with new measurement and attribution techniques, including new communication channels as they develop within our plans
·Present and translate technical information in a clear, concise manner to senior management
·Drive best practice and growth mindset through the organization
·Collaborate with the Media team, Marketing and agency partners to integrate category learnings into future media strategies
·Manage the innovation pot for each division ensuring that activities adhere to the guidelines

·Work collaboratively with counterparts in the Global team and other countries, sharing techniques and results.

YOU HAVE... 


·Demonstrable relevant experience in marketing effectiveness measurement
·Willingness to learn new measurement techniques
·Experience working within the FMCG environment
·Good understanding of full-funnel paid media and willingness to learn about new channels
·Practical and questioning approach, willing to innovate and challenge the status quo
·Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate key insights clearly
·Strong problem solving skills, ability to work flexibly and take ownership for resolution
·Ability to build good relationships and networks and leverage these to achieve your objectives
