We’re looking for a Head of Digital Marketing and Ecommerce to join our team to support our digital strategy and grow the ecommerce business.

You will:

  • Drive the transformation of the operating model towards more consumer centricity for the local implementation of the digital strategy
  • Developing the relevant framework, objectives and roadmap to optimize the plan
  • Support in content, social and influence strategy 
  • Drive the shift towards precision advertising supporting with campaign design, technologies and partners 
  • Manage KPIs collection and formalize the relevant action plans based on data 
  • Ensure platforms excellence in partnership with Digital IT 
  • Streamline digital partners ecosystem with the optimized operating model 
  • Ensure best implementation at local level both on data and content platforms 
  • Ensure User Experience of the website including Design & Aesthetics, Content, and Navigation, Branding / Marketing, Performance, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns
  • Own and manage SEO measurements and monitoring methodologies
  • Ensure that all ecommerce activity is consistent with the brand sense of purpose
  • Analyse digital role in the consumer path to purchase & consumer online searches
  • Stay up to date with market, consumers & competitors
  • Create synergies between inside and outside partners in marketing or digital activities
  • Provide SEO/SEM and Digital Marketing through innovation and process improvements
  • Leverage local constraints and maturity in ecommerce activation
  • Drive Growth, Develop and implement creative solutions to drive and convert more visitors
