Missions :
The Project manager will focus on analyzing business needs, exploring new solutions and managing projects in an agile environment but also manage the maintenance of some existing applications.
Project Management 60% :
Be the Business Relationship manager for Business people
Analyze and Identify current Business processes to gain in simplicity & efficiency
Do some techno watch on innovative solutions that could help the Business
Lead Group projects new solution roll out
Manage the relationships with the Travel Retail Worldwide IT teams & Group IT teams
Implement project from needs gathering till user training and post go live support
Drive consultants on projects implementation
Share with its peer in Travel Retail APAC and Travel Retail America on projects, needs, good practices
Ensure the Secure by Design of our new applications
Application maintenance 40% :
Manage all incidents & demands managements on existing application scope (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Anaplan…)
Ensure the maintenance of our in store Digital Assets (Ipads management…)
Lead audits, licences reviews
Lead Local Domain review
Manage the relationships with the Travel Retail Worldwide IT teams & Group IT teams
Key Professional skills :
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Understand Sales, Marketing, Digital, Operations Business context
- Project management (Agile, V, hybrid…)
- Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Redaction of business needs, technical specifications, training documents
- Is able to train users on new process or new applications
Technical Skill Set:
- Knowledge on Salesforce, Anaplan, PowerBI, Service Now, SharePoint
- Knowledge on ERP SAP ECC, SAP BI or Hana is a plus
- Understand technical infrastructure topics (API, Cloud based hosting, Interfaces management, batch management, …)
- CyberSecurity management
