Key Job Accountabilities

  • Manage the sales activities and operation of ecommerce platforms, including e-merchandising, site layout
  • Monitor cross-platform performance to achieve KPI, prepare performance reports
  • Create and update all marketing materials and digital activities at different social media channels
  • Crafting content on website and social media
  • Support new product launches on time in full and strive to maintain growth on pillar products
  • Assist Marketing Manager on CRM activities including database management, customer segmentation, member communications/events/activities
  • Assist in operation and administration (e.g. invoices, code/PO creation, member application)
  • Prepare customer analysis on regular basis and prepare monthly reports
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as required


  • Experience of e-commerce and CRM is preferred
  • Good analytical skill, has strong ownership, and also collaborative
  • Willing to learn, goal-oriented, able to work under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
