[L'oreal Korea] Kiehl's - CRM & Trade MKT Sr. Specialist~Manager 


Design customer journey of brand and execute different program to acquire and retain customer to brand through strong membership strategy. Develop seamless journey from both online and offline and lead marketing event with retailers to build strong engagement.

The scope includes planning membership program, initiate loyalty program and execution, reporting customer trend with analysis and lead retail events. 


1. CRM campaign & customer lifecycle Management

  • Develop the CRM and Lifecycle management strategy with the key objectives to increase member engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth CRM database
  • Strategize/plan brand loyalty framework with in-depth customer analysis (Size/CLTV/Program Maximization)
  • Initiate CRM program to leverage new/existing customer to retain in the brand and reinforce omni customer through MBB (Both on & offline)
  • Based on marketing campaign, manage healthy customer KPI with managing communication with optimize customer touch 
  • Build strong loyalty and grab the consumer through exclusive brand experience with strong engagement program.
  • Strategically plan CRM and Lifecycle communication by channels 
  • Create, analysis and share CRM regular report (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly) to ensure all the activities are met for required KPIs
  • Closely cooperate with Brand Comms and Sales to implement CRM activities as according to the CRM calendar

2 Lead Trade Marketing program 

  • Plan, manage trade marketing strategy based on marketing calendar to contribute brand growth with strong visibility in retailer
  • Lead, Execute with impactful programs through collaboration with stakeholders such as retailer event, Kakao gift X, and master class
  • Develop seamless customer journey through different type of event from online to offline or offline to online
  • Develop marketing collaterals including DM/leaflet to deliver product key communications
  • Manage budget and report and ROI for trade marketing activities
  • Collaborate with related functions to orchestrate and execute the projects (Commercial team, Marketing PMs, Communications team, Education team, Stores, etc.)

3. Others

  • Implement & upgrade latest CRM mar-tech through cross-functional collaboration
  • Work effectively with other departments (Supply chain, retail, communications, and merchandizing, corporate team) to achieve marketing objective.  
  • Good understand of channel dynamics (Dept. store, Boutique, opensell, e-Retail, eD2C owned mall, NAVER shopping, and KAKAO gift shop)


  • Education: University graduate (min. Bachelor's degree) 
  • Years of experience: +4-7 years professional CRM & Event experience 
  • Specific Career Experience: 
    • More than 3 years of CRM experience in FMCG or Trade MKT experience
    • Experience in the luxe cosmetic industry is preferred
  • Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Other Skills: Proficient with Excel and PPT are must, SAP is a plus
