[Job Summary]
- Centralized Support for Monthly Closing and Prepare JV based on IFRS and Group Norms
- Reports Group Financial Packages
- Draft the Plan, Budget and Trends for his/her area of activity.
- Monitor costs and carry out all analyses required to identify risks and opportunities and to propose the appropriate actions.
- Participate in developing teams
[Core Work Activities]
1. Preparation of Monthly Closing
- Prepare Monthly Closing using Financial Closing Tools
2. Business Planning and Monthly Closing
- Business plan (promotions, event)
- JV, provision
- Cost allocation (per channel /category)
- Group/zone submission
3. Business Partnership for Managing Budget/Trend
- Entity Internal reporting
- SG&A cost control
- Indentify risk / opportunity, alert management
4. Planning Activities aligned with Group Calendar
- Renew official P&L target with latest actual & validated projection
[Qualification]
- University graduate
- +1 yr experienced
- L’Oreal Intern Experience to understand L’Oreal culture and adapt for the cultural growth together in long term
- Fluent in both Korean and English
- Proficient with Excel, PPT, any other analysis tool for managing big data
