LD(Luxe Division)_YSL_Communication Specialist

To implement the communication strategy defined by the Communication team manager to develop the brand image, its visibility and reinforce locally its reputation over time. 

  • Develop and define the annual communication plan and activity calendar 
  • Contribute to building and implementing a 360° external communication strategy in consistency with the international brand communication strategy 
  • Design and execute the 360° integrated communication campaign combined with the offline and online platform, and work with external agencies on creative, digital activation, and event-based projects
  • Digital Activation working with an external viral agency: develop the digital PR strategy & action plan and roll out the campaign all year round in a new approach and ideas. Also, manage the list and network of digital influencers/media through special management program and activity
  • Lead the special collaboration with key print/digital media and digital influencer/YouTuber to create communication impact & make a buzz
  • Contribute to managing Public Relations and Build a mapping of media & KOLs: identify the relevant role-players for the brand including influencer, YouTuber, press, MUA
  • Media publicity: strengthen the media publicity activities (products placement, tie-up, and editorial pitch) and maintain close relations with top-tier media
  • Evaluate media operations quantitatively and qualitatively and make recommendations 
  • Support communication team

[Requirements]
  • University graduate
  • A minimum of 6 years experience in communication planning or KOLs management Cosmetic company or luxury brand experience is preferred 
  • Fluent in English (Speaking & Written)
  • Strong understanding of the cosmetic, luxury industry and print/digital media 
  • build strong relationships and communicate effectively with related stakeholders.
