Position Title: Lancôme Marketing – (Sr.) CRM Specialist

                          

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

 

Strategic planning & optimizing CRM programs

  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative CRM strategies specifically tailored to the department store customer, encompassing all touchpoints – online and offline
  • Enrich CRM programs considering LANCOME marketing strategy & Luxe division CRM strategic roadmap

 

Manage & Execute CRM activities

  • Oversee the execution of all CRM programs, including loyalty programs, hero product campaigns, customer segmentation, and lifecycle management
  • Achieve LANCOME CRM KPI & maximize CRM marketing investment with operation excellency
  • Execute yearly mileage programs, seasonal CRM promotions, special gift/events
  • Facilitate Offline Department Store’s CRM activity communicating with LANCOME Retail team

 

Analyze customer data

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, understand customer behavior, and develop actionable insights to improve CRM strategies and personalize customer experiences
  • Reporting and analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on CRM performance to key stakeholders

 

Budget management 

  • Manage the CRM budget effectively and track ROI of CRM initiatives

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Years of experience: +5~8 years of career experience 
  • Experience: 
    • Experience in CRM, with a strong focus on the luxury beauty industry
    • Significant experience in managing CRM programs within a department store environment
    • Deep understanding of the prestige beauty customer and their purchasing behaviors.
  • Language: Fluent in English (Speaking & Written)
  • Other Skills: 
    • Proficient with Excel, PPT, Word
    • Strong analytical skills and experience working with customer data
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
