JOB TITLE: IDC Team Manager- 3CE Global Supply Chain

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Responsible for International Distribution Center operations, ensuring seamless export-based inventory management and efficient collaboration with third-party logistics (3PL) providers. 

This role is critical in optimizing inbound receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and outbound shipping to support Loreal affiliates. Strong leadership, operational expertise, and vendor management skills are required to drive efficiency, maintain compliance, and support the company's growing distribution center’s needs.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Warehouse & Shipment(Order, billing) Management

Manage storage allocation, warehouse space utilization, and work efficiency.

Supervise 3PL operations to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping for all affiliates.

Coordinate with transportation partners-forwarders and 3PL, supply chain teams and other related teams to ensure smooth in/outbound execution.

Billing management of SO.

Monitor and report on KPIs, including service rate, storage saturation and cost, ect.

Ensure warehouse operations comply with local regulations, company policies, and global standards.

3PL & Vendor Management

Lead 3PL management to adherence to service level and save the operation cost.

Conduct regular reviews and audits of 3PL providers to drive continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency and accuracy.

Work closely with logistics and supply chain functions to resolve operational bottlenecks (or urgent in/outbound management) and improve warehouse efficiency.

Inventory Control & Process Optimization

Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation with systems.

Develop and refine standard operating procedures to enhance order accuracy, reduce damages, and minimize delays.

Continuously identify and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Education : University graduate
• Year of Experience : 10+ years
• Experience: 
  • FMCG industry preferred
  • Minimum 8 years prior experience working in Supply chain, warehouse management 
  • Im/export experience is a plus
  • Experience working with teams across the region and/or global is preferred
• Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
• Other Skills: Proficient with Excel,PPT
