We're looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as Trade Marketing Manager for the Czech and Slovak Republics. What you'll do: 

• Craft winning strategies: Develop and execute innovative trade marketing strategies that drive brand growth and achieve ambitious cross-category business objectives. 
• Retailer partnerships: Translate our marketing vision into impactful, results-driven retailer programs, meticulously managing budgets and achieving commercial targets. 
• Market insights: Contribute valuable field intelligence to shape brand-specific activities in collaboration with marketing and commercial teams (especially Key Account Managers). This includes developing compelling trade presentations and channel-specific strategies. 
• Bring ideas to life: Lead the design and execution of eye-catching point-of-sale (POS) materials, ensuring they perfectly align with our marketing plans. 
• Optimize for success: Streamline and improve processes, connecting marketing activities with the commercial team to guarantee flawless in-store execution, precise timing, optimal planograms, and effective promotion recommendations. 
• Lead & grow: Foster a culture of expertise and innovation, actively supporting organizational changes and improvements.

What you'll bring: 

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or marketing 
• Leadership experience (a plus!) 
• Native fluency in Czech or Slovak 
• Excellent communication skills in English 
• A proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach 
• Adaptable, open-minded, and a team player
