　*DMI (Development Marketing International): Product Development Department in Japan, Asia

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the operations and organization related to test center; including scheduling & retro-planning for all tests (internal & external) aligned with DMI Japan Hub strategy
• Objective evaluation and reporting on test results; providing recommendation and solutions withing stylist perspective (ie. in case of a negative test result)
• Responsible for consistency tests protocols and accuracy of reports issued to the hub and internal & external counterparts
• Constant improvement of testing efficacy and models management
• Partner with DMI hub product development team to create winning in-salon innovations & services
• Japan hub representative to salons; network building within the Japan beauty industry 
• Information gathering, including identification and reporting of new products and trends in salons
• Team management (Current the position has 3 people in the team)

主要職務内容：

• DMIジャパンハブの優先順位に沿って、社内外の関連するプロダクト処方テストにおける、スケジューリング及びプランニングをする
• 戦略的ビジョンや提案とともに、テスト結果の分析／レポートをし、また、テスト結果がネガティブだった場合の代替となる解決策を提示する
• ハブや社内外のカウンターパートに出した、すべてのテスト実施要項や計画、レポートを管理する
• ジャパンハブの代表として、美容業界におけるネットワークを構築し、サロンなどを通して情報収集に努める
• テストの有効性やモデルマネジメントを継続的に改善する
• チームを編成する（4人前後）

Qualifications:

<Must-have>

• English – business level (Speaking and Writing)
• Expresses clear opinions (not answers like “yes, but in the same time…”)
• High level or organization and project management capabilities (planning, on time delivery, working with cross-function partners) 
• Has a logical thinking
• Has charisma to lead the team
• Has an instinct / intuition of what can work or not in salons, thanks to his/her knowledge of the salon industry and by touching the hair & discussing with the team
• Has strong interpersonal skills: can build relationship with hairdressers / stylists / internal & external partners in order to get relevant info and have different point of views

• Hairdressers (license) with
• overseas experience
• trainer background
