Based in Shinjuku, you will lead luxury product development from concept to launch, reporting to the Product Development Team. You will champion a 360° approach to bring iconic L’Oréal Luxe products to life. 

・Project Leadership: Drive end-to-end product development, securing quality, timing, and sustainability. 

・Risk Mitigation: Lead risk assessments and execute agile solutions for industrial feasibility. 

・Packaging Innovation: Partner with Marketing to co-create premium, eco-designed packaging. 

・Financial Control: Optimize the cost of goods to support brand profitability.
