Key Job Accountabilities  主要職務            

Takami is a Japanese & clinic origin skincare brand for sophisticated Asian consumers. Attached to the Luxe Division. it is one of the 36 brands of the L'Oréal group, the world n.1 leader in cosmetics.

To complete its missions, the brand's Retail Design & Merchandising International department is looking for a Retail Designer.

Your mission :

As part of the larger Go-To-Market team, you will report to the International Retail Design & Animation Director, and will be in charge of creating and managing the spatial concept of the brand for any distribution, adapting this concept to any merchandising tools and to any business objectives including institutional stores creation, pop-ups, podiums and permanent retail touchpoints. You will interact with the 2 people from the retail design & animation team and all internal stakeholders (marketing, digital, communications, retail education) as well as external partners (zones, local market teams and manufacturers) from the briefing to the final realization. You will feed the competitive analysis of the main actors of the sector.

Must Have Aspects 必須項目             

Design background: ideally accompanied by a first successful experience in luxury cosmetics or luxury fashion industry; in the fields of architecture / retail design as must have, visual merchandising / stage, event or pop-up design / as nice to have, or product / industrial design / graphic design; or a combination of the above. Mastery of Autocad and/ or Vectorworks, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office tools are must, and including a mastery of fast modeling software solution like Sketch'Up or VRay.            

At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within an international brand or a creative agency. 

Experienced in creating, adapting and developing retail design concepts internationally.

Having a good knowledge of the specificities of Asian consumer insights and shopping habits are a plus. "           

Project Management skills: Lead efforts in the creation and curation of offline retail design. Must have a sensible luxury aesthetic sense, coupled with solid technical knowledge. You must be creative and pragmatic, agile and willing, enthusiastic and self-reliant. You will be able to propose and present new concepts and discuss them with local team.            

Collaboration skills: Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with key stakeholders and partners to ensure alignment across teams on visual merchandising strategy. You must be willing to actively communicate and problem solve issues through a collaborative effort.            

Knowledge and interest in sustainability and omni-channel retail experiences are highly appreciated             

Must be open communication style with proficient English business communication level so that you can easily express yourself - orally and writing - to our international partners and stakeholders, both orally and in writing.
