Your responsibilities:
- Develop & recommend shopper activation strategy for drug channel.
- Lead the translation of National Activation Plan into impactful retail programs, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross functional teams to build shopper exciting tools and messages ultimately leading to winning purchase preference.
- Build partnerships with key stakeholders internally and externally to engage in co-creation of winning activation plans.
- Work with agencies on the preparation of instore communication touchpoints.
- Evaluate activations with respect to ROI to maximize impact.
- Lead and motivate reporting team to create best in class drug and customer channel activation plan.
- Ensure development of expertise and know-how in the Instore Excellence team.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in Trade Marketing or Shopper Marketing within FMCG sector; preferred solid knowledge of drug channel / key drug retailers;
- Creativity & excellent knowledge of trade marketing / shopper marketing tools;
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
- Strong engagement & full commitment;
- Ability to work in very dynamic environment & excellence in multitasking.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
