KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Organizational and Cultural Foundations
• Facilitate and align the data and analytics vision and strategy
• Foster data culture and promote the art of the possible with data and analytics
• Manage Data & Analytics Office
• Animate the business data governance community (Data Stewards)
• Animate business data analytics community (Business Analysts)
Data & Analytics Operations
• Ensure data foundations are robust enough to meet analytics needs effectively and efficiently
• Manage the portfolio of data and analytics needs on behalf of Divisions and other Business Functions
• Ensure needs are met and deliver the promised value in a sustainable and scalable way
REQUIRED SKILLS
Data-Related Technical Skills
• Expertise of 10-12 years of working experience in data quality and data lifecycle management processes to bridge tech capabilities and business needs
• Ability to prioritize data use cases and ensuring feasibility with Tech and Governance teams
Leadership and Soft Skills
• Ability to navigate within the organization and to leverage established governance
• Ability to syndicate senior stakeholders around data issues (Business/IT, etc.) and mobilize them for action
• Ability to drive change management initiatives
