To tackle current and future challenges together, we are bringing together part of our Finance and HR functions at the heart of the company: accounting, personnel administration, treasury, payroll, and HR management control within BEST France. Here is the role you will have to play in this team:
- Develop the budget and trends of its scope of activity, and produce the reporting of the activity and the necessary KPIs.
- Manage a team of 4-5 controllers and participate in its development.
- Ensure HR data quality.
- Monitor costs and perform all analyses to identify risks and opportunities and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure the application of processes, reporting and schedules in compliance with group directives.
- Liaise with all stakeholders including management and internal control.
- Ensure the proper application of Group standards and best practices in close cooperation with internal control.
- Propose system improvements and reporting modes.
- Participate in HR community training.
The technical and professional skills you will need:
OPERATIONAL MASTER
- Strong Finance-controlling experience is a must
- First experience in people management
- Proficiency in HR tools is a plus
- Ensures implementation of HR fundamentals
- Ensures compliance with legal and social obligations
BUILDS BUDGETS THAT SUPPORT GROWTH
- Drawing up budgets and financial forecasts in conjunction with managers.
- Identifies the link between these elements and the achievement of business development and financial objectives.
- Captures the transformation levers in Finance
MAKES EFFECTIVE USE OF CONSOLIDATED REPORTS AND DATA
- Ensure financial reporting is in line with Group standards
PROJECTS AND ANALYSES BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
- Anticipates and identifies opportunities, risks and solutions to achieve objectives
- Sets objectives
- Recommends changes that support strategy
- Calculates and interprets financial results
