KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

CDMO (A&P CMI, Digital) & PR: 

• Manage A&P budgets for CDMO and Corporate Communication teams, ensuring accurate financial closing
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators
• Lead forecasting and budgeting for CDMO and Corporate Communication teams
• Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities
• Analyze digital performance and ensure data quality
• Oversee A&P administrative processes
• Partner with CDMO, Corporate Communications, and Divisional Finance

SG&A, Full P&L coordination: 

• Manage and control SG&A expenses, ensuring alignment with targets
• Coordinate SG&A reporting within the full P&L
• Lead Share Service Center collaboration on SG&A processes
• Manage MD-level reporting (net sales/profit)
• Provide performance analysis to senior management
• Drive controlling process improvements

• Partner with Divisional Finance, General Managers, HR

YOUR PROFILE 

• 3+ years of Controlling experience
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Business-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proven experience leading Finance Transformation projects
• Rigorous, precise, and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative team player with a customer-focused attitude
• At ease with finance IT tools (Compass, Magnitude, SAP)
• Fluent in English
