Education Manager Kérastase, Professional Products Division
We are looking for a talented & motivated individual that will take the charge of Education agenda for our professional brand: Kérastase. In this exciting role you will be responsible for defining and implementing education strategy in line with global guidelines and adapted to local market. You will be working very closely with hair salons and hairdressers to elevate Brand’s professional experience and reinforce Kéreastase equity through educational activities.
Scope of the role:
- Define local education strategy, in line with local Brand activation strategy and global Brand education strategy;
- Develop the country’s training program, in line with the marketing plan;
- Deploy global education programs for clients and collaborators (face to face, events, digital via Access or in salon education) such as Mystery Shopper or Care Coaches program;
- Develop local trainings and seminar based on market trends & customer needs (online & offline);
- Strategize and track education performance through global and local KPIs;
- Manage, animate, develop and coach the Brand Education Experts;
- Train the technical education teams on new modules, engage sales & mktg teams around education;
- Identify professional talents in the market suitable for cooperation with the Brand;
- Monitor competition and report qualitative feedback from the field;
- Responsible for PRO-influencers agenda - build and maintain a network of Hairdressers amplifying Brand’s voice;
- Ensure proper education of salons on usage of Brand’s signature hair tech device K-scan;
- Manage educational budget;
- Organize big community events- K-Congress & Care Coaches Congress;
- Ensure that brand professional & luxury positioning is reflected in all educational activities with perfect execution on all fronts;
