Job Description: The SkinCeuticals E-Retail & Key Account specialist is responsible for developing and executing a strategy for our exclusive doctors to begin and grow their e-business.  The candidate for the role should possess the skillset and experience in onboarding and managing e-retail accounts.  Any e-commerce platform (Shopify/Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Magento/etc.) based experience is an added asset for success in this role. This role entails client relationship development (B2B), prior experience in account management is recommended.

KPIs & Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Managing a portfolio of new doctors who want to sell SkinCeuticals online. Suggest various solutions based on the account’s sales potential.
  • Developing & managing the operational structure between the agency & account.
  • Recruiting doctors to become an affiliate partner.
  • Developing a 360 Online + Offline strategy with the help of the Business Development & Training Counselor.


  • Define & track forecasted sales for each e-retailer per month.
  • Present relevant findings to the team to fine tune our strategy with agility.


  • Developing & executing a strategy to drive online sales growth in accordance with SkinCeuticals requirements.
  • Create a National Digital Strategy (visual assets, content creation, etc.)


  • Previous experience with e-retailer account management.
  • French & Mandarin proficiency is an added value.
