What are key highlights of this role?
  • You take full responsibility for the financial performance management of division. You will be required to work in a cross-functional team to review annual budgets and financial forecasts (trends) and be advisor to manage team on the best economic choices: channel shifts, products mix to get highest profitability. You requires a strategic mind-set & ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. You will be driven by delivering financial insight to enable sustainable growth whilst ensuring that internal controls are respected at all times.
  • You must lead the exercise of strategic plan, annual plan and forecast.
  • You must ensure all Group standards/norm to be applied in division
  • You must be business enabler to support Growth of division.
  • You are able to set up and update procedures to guarantee the consistency, relevance and reliability of financial information, anticipate risks and take appropriate corrective measures.
  • You are able to lead the exercise of strategic plan, annual plan and forecast.
  • Be a reliable and supportive business partner to sales and marketing of division.
  • You are able to lead a team and grow team to next level in Finance committee
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Qualified CIMA/ACCA with more than 10 years post-qualified experience
  • Should have experience of Commercial Controlling
  • SAP experience and Strong Excel skills
  • Experience in reporting in a complex and dynamic organization, ideally FMCG
  • Strong Communication skills – written and verbal
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience in a fast paced sales environment and digitally savvy
  • Highly organized with prioritization skills
