A Day in the Life
Design, plan and execute all phases of new Gondola’s for group, across open sell environments that achieve the brands’ standards for image, function, marketing and merchandising strategies.
Requirements
•10+ years of related experience
•Requires a recognized discipline expert within the company
•Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business
•Identifies applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to lead others to solve complex problems; provides advice on a wide range of issues within area of subject matter expertise
•Contributes to setting standards around which others will operate within area of expertise
•May lead programs/multiple projects and/or diverse functional teams
•Ability to communicate quickly, clearly, and effectively across multiple departments; ability to accept creative input / feedback .
• Ability to work successfully in a strong team environment; contribute ideas, be persuasive / defend design solutions whilst remaining flexible and open to others points of view
• Confidently interact with customers, peers, and cross functional teams
• Superior organizational skills; handle multiple projects, and ability to adjust to pressing priorities
Responsibilities
•Drive best in class new gondola development across Luxe division
•Ensure elevated, innovative and productive designs supporting each unique brand DNA
•Partner closely with Brand DMI and US VM partners for overhauls/brand launches, ensuring US relevancy
•Find best practices to create synergies (suppliers, base structures, retailers like Sephora and Ulta, etc.)
•Partner closely with Purchasing and Operations partners
What We Offer
Salary Range: $138,500– $200,800 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level Competitive Benefit Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Pension Plan)
