What You Will Do:

The Director, POE Analytics will serve as the driver of strategic, actionable media insights  that allow Luxe brands to optimize by channel, media mixes to deliver increased market share, share of voice, and profitability. This leader will serve as a subject matter expert for POE analytics, leveraging rigorous data and market analysis to shape strategy. This individual will work closely with brand consumer activation and engagement, accelerator, and CDMO partners (to name a few), keeping brand partners informed on performance KPIs across POE to ensure investments are delivering traffic, sales and ROI (Return of Investment) s regardless of media channels and tactics. 

This leader is responsible for upskilling the organization on data and media best practices, building a culture of innovation and working closely with the CDMO/ agency partners to deliver on divisional goals. This individual is responsible ensuring brands achieve their sales goals across, retailer and Amazon through the aggregation and synthesis of varied data sets to provide a complete picture of the POE landscape. These include: performance KPIs across POE to ensure investments are meeting/ exceed traffic, sales and ROI (Return of Investment) goals and optimize across channels as opportunities present themselves.  They will be accountable for the division hitting sales goals across, retailer and Amazon through the aggregation and synthesis of varied data sets to provide a complete picture of the POE landscape. These include:

  • Responsible for leading the overall POE go-to-market consumer and channel strategy for the brand
  • Partner with channel-specific strategies for key retailers and social channels, utilizing all available data points for paid, earned and owned media
  • Translate consumer insights into activation strategies for LUXE digital
  • Bring media and campaign recommendations to brands on shifts, based on performance reporting and consumer-focused data from internal and external sources (CMI reporting, retailer consumer reports)
  • Partner with Sales COE to align on retailer objectives and ensure proper marketing budgets to support goals.
  • Co-creation and optimization of $500M+ POE budget strategies to ensure Luxe brands exceeds revenue targets
  • Hands on keyboard development of POE spend analysis tied to consumer insights to deliver on consumer connections
  • MMX analysis and scenario planning for brands by category + specific brand deep dives
  • POE competitive analysis in partnership with agencies and internal accelerators
  • 1P data tracking, analysis, and activation in partnership with CDMO
  • Semi-Annual Axe performance analysis

We are looking for a consumer-focused, analytical marketing professional who is a skilled communicator and has a proven track record of leading through influence in a matrixed organization.

Job Requirements:                                                          

  • An entrepreneurial mindset and passion for data, insights, POE impact, media performance with a keen focus on consumer-centricity
  • Strong understanding and expertise of digital ecosystem across paid, owned, and channels
  • Experience and passion for data analytics and driving change based on insights  
  • Develop processes that allow the team to measure and track KPIs for success- to drive top-line growth and profitability across all channel- furthering a culture focused on delivering upon KPIs and optimizing levers to improve business results
  • Demonstrated strategic planning and management skills as well as a working knowledge of all POE channels and the prowess to remain diligent on market trends and marketplace conditions
  • Ability to partner and guide accelerator and brand teams to leverage insights and optimization techniques across POE to deliver on Luxe goals and increase sales
  • Strong interpersonal savvy especially when dealing with internal stakeholders and external partners to upskill and educate team(s)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross function teams and drive influence

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years working in direct to consumer, digital media and/ or elated work experience which demonstrates an understanding of the POE ecosystem
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide optimization recommendations
  • Strong leadership skills to manage people
  • Strong project management skills, including experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing based on business need and estimated impact
  • Effectively communicate (both verbally and written) with multiple groups, including presentations
  • Ability to effectively present to and persuade an individual or group or people.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, results and solution oriented, strategic thinker
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Must to be able to work in an office environment.
