Digital Manager L’Oreal (Media & Search)
Responsibilities:
- Alignment of divisional media & search strategy with Zone framework & Umbrella Strategy for L’Oreal Dermatological Beauty Division
- Translation of divisional strategy into coherent Brand Strategies and tactics involving clear KPIs in line with zone norms selection
- Responsibility for divisional ROE KPIs delivery & GR realisation
- Upskilling of the marketing teams on Media & Search KPIs
- Ensure WoW for correct media & search cost allocation
- Cross-divisional alignment & collaboration
- Meeting agenda owner [Media & Search context]
- Ensuring best in class quality, service & coherency between media activities
- Mastering the tools & sharing knowledge to the teams
- Launch, acceleration, optimization of ongoing media & search activities (with ROI & ROE rules in mind)
- Responsibility for launching (piloting) new tools and rolling them out on divisional level - test & learn mindset
- Collaboration with E-Commerce team & agency on cross-functional projects in the context of Performance Media
Requirements:
Experience in media & search:
- Strategic framework - full funnel & all media activities thinking & planning – awareness, consideration, holistic approach & vision.
- Buying, operation & compliance - Creation and presentation of a system that better verifies media investments, taking into account business results in a given period (media effectiveness).
- Strategic Measurement - implementing systemic data tracking and inference based on them into the SOEP model, One Post-buy connected with other areas.
- Partnership (publishers & media owners).
- Data & analytics - critical approach, drawing and presenting conclusions from the campaign that influence future investment recommendations.
- Test & Learn – Creating new ideas to test. .
- Strategic Measurement - Search reporting within DAI. Connecting individual brand leaders to Search reporting. Share of Search approach to achieving goals.
- Data & analytics - the ability to use data from analytical tools or enforce the provision of this data from partners (Google Analytics, Ahrefs,).
- Fluent in both Polish and English
