Primary Position Objectives

-        Manage the global monthly sales forecast process, and challenge and consolidate the promotions and launches sales forecast

-        Ensure the global sales forecast consistency, through the building of a consensus between the commercial forecast, the financial trend and the sales history

-        Analysis obsolete and slow moving inventory and drive action plans to clearance instead of destruction

-        Be responsible for the catalog management and contribute to its rationalization

Position Responsibilities

Manage the global monthly sales forecast process, and challenge and consolidate the promotions and launches sales forecast

-        Collect actual sales result in each channel and build rolling 12M forecast with the input of commercial team, including promotions and launches

-        Lead the FCST meeting with division GM and related commercial people to validate the FCST

Ensure the global sales forecast consistency, through the building of a consensus between the commercial forecast, the financial trend and the sales history

-        Continuously improve FCST accuracy based on commercial plan and methodology behind

-        Make sure FCST drive Trend

Analysis obsolete and slow moving inventory and drive action plans to clearance instead of destruction

-        Monitor the Inventory Quality% with identify current and potential OB and slow moving

-        Promote the action to avoid destruction  such as donation, free goods, employee purchase and other clearance way

Be responsible for the catalog management and contribute to its rationalization

-        Identify last 1% in quarterly basis

-        Work with commercial team to be focus on key products and discontinue on last 1%

Requirements

1.      CONSUMER ORIENTED

2.      Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Information Management or related background, minimal 3 years of demand planning in cosmetics industry

3.      Good reading & spoken English

4.      Fosters a demand-driven Supply Chain with service as a priority

5.      Brings added value to the customer and the consumer by matured communication among different departments

6.      Improves flexibility, reactivity and reliability of whole supply chain
