• 3-5 years’ experience SQL Server (skill to leverage a data warehouse, using SQL, to generate insights with the business teams)
• 1-2 years’ experience Power BI (skill to strengthen our Data Visualization)
• 2 years’ and above experience in R is a must (major tool to be used for HR Data Analysis)
• Experience in HR Analytics projects before will be a plus
• Experience in Python will be a plus as well
