We have an opportunity for the position of Transformation and Change Lead - Data & Analytics.
The Change Management Specialist is responsible for leading and supporting the people side of change within the organization. This involves developing and implementing change management strategies, plans, and activities to minimize disruption and maximize engagement during project phase and the adoption on post-project (Run) phase. The goal is to facilitate successful transitions and ensure projects and initiatives deliver expected results by effectively managing the impact on people.
The candidate will have larger scope than Data Change management, as he/she will help CTO on another Multidiv. projects. The candidate will report to CTO and matrix to CDAO.
The location of the job will be Mumbai and prior experience in a leadership position in a data organization is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Develop Change Management Strategies: Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and develop tailored change management strategies aligned with project goals and organizational culture.
- Create Change Management Plans: Define clear and actionable change management plans, including communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management activities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders, build strong relationships, and manage their expectations throughout the change process. This includes understanding their perspectives, addressing concerns, and fostering buy-in.
- Communication Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change lifecycle. This may involve creating various communication materials, such as presentations, emails, newsletters, and FAQs.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to adapt to new processes, systems, or ways of working.
- Measurement and Reporting: Track and measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives, report on progress, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with project teams, business leaders, HR, and other relevant departments to integrate change management activities into project plans and organizational initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Change Management Methodology: Proven experience applying a structured change management methodology (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, Kotter's 8-Step Process). Certification is a plus.
- Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and executing tasks within defined timelines and budgets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and effectively convey complex information.
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and manage expectations effectively.
- Training and Facilitation: Experience designing and delivering training programs, facilitating workshops, and engaging groups.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze situations, identify challenges, and develop creative solutions to address resistance and overcome obstacles.
- Emotional Intelligence: High level of emotional intelligence and empathy, with the ability to understand and respond to the emotional impact of change on individuals.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, manage ambiguity, and remain calm under pressure.
