KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a dynamic and customer focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Operator and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers by effectively responding to their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email or live chat, providing accurate and useful information
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately, following company policies and procedures.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues
- Use our customer service software systems to document and track customer interactions and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborating with relevant departments (Transport, Credit, Sales, Database) to resolve customer issues, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution
- Proactively identify and communicate trends and recurring issues to the Account Manager, contributing to the continuous improvement of the customer experience.
- Provide product information and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

We work closely with our external partners (carriers and warehouse) and colleagues from other departments (customer service, finance, legal, etc.). You will have the opportunity to improve your current skills and develop new ones. We have many interesting trainings for you!
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Logistics professional with proven experience in customer service
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, awareness of industry trends and new technologies to proactively improve customer service processes
- Knowledge of customer service software and tools such as SAP, EDI, Excel, Power BI, Outlook, Microsoft Teams
- Ability to conduct complex business negotiations, prove and defend a position when working with customers
- Ability to analyse data and produce reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to work in multi-task mode
- English Upper-Intermediate
