You will join the Corporate Affairs & Engagement team as a Corporate Coordinator, reporting to the Corporate Communication Manager. You’ll coordinate internal and external communications, manage events, and ensure consistent storytelling across channels.
- Communications: Draft and localize executive messages, intranet content, and external press materials.
- Events & Activation: Coordinate logistics, vendor partners, and on-site delivery for corporate events and employee activations.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with HR, Brand, IT and Events teams to align messaging and calendar.
- Digital & Measurement: Support social and intranet updates, monitor engagement metrics, and prepare performance summaries.

- Core skills: Storytelling & Content Creation; Stakeholder Management & Influence; Event & Project Coordination; Internal Communication & Employee Engagement; Digital & Social Media Activation.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or equivalent experience.
- Upper-Intermediate English.
- You bring strong writing, project management, and interpersonal skills, with an eye for detail.
