Join our Financial Communications team, which is at the heart of building L’Oréal’s reputation and relations with key audiences and opinion leaders, to explain and promote L’Oréal’s strategy and performance in an open, educational, targeted, and innovative way. 

 

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced communicator to join us in telling our beautiful story of value creation, in ever more compelling ways to a wider audience.  

In this role you will lead strategic corporate communications projects, such as the Annual Report and the Letter to Shareholders. This transversal and creative position combines the conception, creation, production and optimization of digital and print content, and the smooth coordination of projects with multiple internal contributors and external partners, relying on excellent writing and interpersonal skills as well as a cross-functional knowledge of the Group's activities. 

 

MAIN MISSIONS

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordinate content production projects such as L’Oréal’s award-winning digital and print Annual Report (AR) produced in 3 languages, the Letter to Shareholders and the Shareholders' Brochure; you will work hand in hand with the project teams, internal and external contributors and partner agencies (production, translation, etc.);
  • Co-define and deploy the content strategy ENG / FR and ensure a coherent storytelling in the production of texts: prepare and participate in interviews with Comex members and other internal or external contributors; write the framing notes and ensure the collection of all supporting documents necessary for the drafting of content; coordinate the drafting of content, proofreading, translation and validation;
  • Monitor the production of printed materials (graphic design, layout, printing), ensuring and optimizing distribution;
  • Prepare, coordinate and participate in Annual Report presentations (to the management, to contributors…);
  • Participate with the other experts in designing the plan for activating and deploying content internally and externally;
  • Propose and ensure the follow-up of KPIs allowing to measure the reach and the relevance of communication materials

 

The skills that you will need to make an impact:  

  • Solid experience in corporate communication or editorial comms 
  • Excellent writing skills in French and English
  • Ability to manage large-scale projects involving the coordination of numerous contributors
  • Management of priorities, deadlines and project budget
