• Design & Delivery of 2023 China editions of Digital That Works iconic learning events
• Further build and roll out China Data upskilling roadmap together with business stakeholders, aligned with global roadmap
• Revamp of China 1flex offers related to Digital, e-commerce and data topics, to keep improving business impact and relevancy.
• Design & Delivery of China specific digital & e-commerce offers, related to the unique China digital ecosystem
• Foster collaboration, exchanges and cross-upskilling with Buycoor (L’Oréal China integrated E-commerce partner)
• Contribute to design & roll out of China Management Trainees 3 months rotation in BuyCoor

expected travel to Guangzhou (BuyCoor offices location)
