1. Independently responsible for normal intern recruitment and daily operation management, such as candidate sourcing, headcount collect and report, interview management, internal system support, etc.
2. Owner of Summer Intern Program, from program design, recruitment procedure and assessment, intern onboarding and departure, training and review, and all logistics arrangements.
3. Fully engage in all campus recruitment programs, such as management trainee, campreneur, BRANDSTORM, etc.
4. Be part of EVP campaigns, and involve in audience mapping, content generation, event planning and execution, agency management, etc.
