Before starting … How do our recruitment process look like?

A Day In The Life:

As a Business Intelligence Coordinator you must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative. Your responsibilities will be:

• Develops understanding of the Consumer Journey through all channels and turns insight into action
• Defines Business Intelligence and Salon Emotion strategy at country level, by type of clients and develops salon e.motion within maximum distribution
• Identifies new retail trends
• Defines category vision by channel (growth, profit, image, penetration, loyalty, spending…), leveraging brand portfolio, based on Consumer & Customer & Business Drivers
• Uses Consumer Knowledge to guide multibrand promotional strategy to fit consumers / L’Oréal / Customers expectations and business requirements
• Fosters collaboration between brands and ensures consistent category vision and alignment
