Business Assistant - Professional Products Division

The Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain team requires a Business Assistant to support the relevant PPD LT ManCom.

You Will: 

You will focus on providing PA support to the General Manager – Commercial, Finance Director and Supply Chain Director. There will be some support for the wider team, including the assistant community, on an ad hoc basis.

Multi-tasking and proactivity are essential to this role, as well as having a positive attitude. Ensuring that your own workload, in addition to your Line Manager’s is managed and prioritised at all times in a busy environment is essential.

You will be responsible for:

Extensive proactive diary management and office admin support
Co-ordinating and organising relevant team events
Booking regional and international travel & accommodation
Management of expenses and PO budgets
Building strong internal and external [and international* if applicable] relationships in order to benefit the business and the teams you support
Support and/or coordination of international visits from Zone and DMI (Global Leadership Teams)
Preparation of documents and presentations for respective Management Committee members
Supporting the new starter and leaver process when relevant, including co-ordinating the FIT programme for new team members
Support EA and wider assistant community with workload and changing priorities
General administration (issues resolution, IT requests, catering, stationery, filing, binding, taxis etc.)

You have: 

Alongside experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills, you should be confident demonstrating all of the following:
