Brand Manager HUB Kérastase

As Brand Manager you will:

  • Contribute to the growth of the Kérastase hair care portfolio by driving new product launches and push growth on pillar products through promotional and advertising excellence
  • Lead local adaptation of advertising creative material based on market trends analysis, in line with brand codes.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans for managed brand (IMC/360).
  • Closely cooperate with other departments (Business development, Business Intelligence, Logistics, Commercial, controling and scientific, etc.) and partner agencies to build a broader business strategy.
  • Identify new business opportunities and evaluate brand’s results based on consumer and market research & data.
  • Develop communication based on consumer insights and trends (offline& online)
  • Build impactful action plan to boost sales in direct, e-commerce and premium retail distribution
  • Develop brand’s activations in cooperation with other departments.

  • Decision-making and data driven person
  • Have the ability to work with Nielsen/IQVIA (or similar) data (nice to have).
  • Are a creative innovation seeker.
  • You are optimistic and have can-do attitude.
  • Are fluent in both Polish and English.
