As B2B E-commerce Platform Administrator, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the platform L’Oréal Partner Shop, our B2B webshop. In this role, you will deal with various challenges in the B2B e-commerce environment in which our Professional Products Division operates. You will be proactively engaged in supporting L'Oréal Partner Shop, on the administrative side. You will also build a strong network across the division in a short period of time, to become a partner for various brand teams and other stakeholders in developing their B2B E-commerce business.

 Who am I?
 
 Within this position, you will mainly deal with:
 

• Maintain the B2B E-com platform in Salesforce, such as:
  1. Building promotions, including the customer experience: the promotion mechanism, storytelling and bannering on the webshop.  
  2. Managing the online product catalog: uploading products including descriptions, navigation, filters and images.
  3. Building customer groups, so we can approach different types of customers in different ways on our platform.
• Implement content updates (product packshots, bannering, etc.), to improve the customer experience on our webshop;
• First-line contact for business partners (field force) for help and questions about L’Oréal Partner Shop;
• Proactively think with and support various brand teams by providing support during the Cycle coordination process;
• Support in building and rolling out new e-commerce features.

Your profile

You are analytical strong but pragmatic when the situation requires. As a person you are determined to make a great impact by taking initiatives and sharing your ideas. It is important to feel comfortable to collaborate with different stakeholders and that you know how to convince them if necessary. Furthermore you are open minded and supportive towards new initiatives.

Our ideal candidate has:
 

• Masters degree ;
• Fluent in Dutch and English;
• Can handle software systems well. Experience with an e-commerce platform is a plus;
• Structured and strong in setting priorities;
• Flexible for ad hoc requests;
• Strong analytical & communication skills;
• Affinity with e-commerce;
• Teamplayer
