Your mission
As a Product Owner you will play a key role integrating IoT and Data Framework in products design, with focus on Industrialization, After-sales and Lifecycle as part of an optimized business model. 

Your main responsabilities wiil be:
  • Promote adoption of core solutions and be the voice of project teams and business 
  • Define the right data to collect to enable a data-driven operating model and drives the strategy in terms of retrospective and predictive analytics.
  • Manage the product strategy for new engaging experiences for customers and consumers to optimize adoption and usage of our products on the field, by leveraging Augmented Reality best-in-class technology.
  • Own and drive platform features from ideation through implementation, launch and iterative enhancements and working closely with the design teams to serve new requirements and to promote adoption of new standards
  • Drive IoT & Data Framework adoption within projects focusing on customer satisfaction
  • Create cross-functional engagement among IT, Operations, R&I, Brands and project teams to streamline communication and processes
  • Drive platform initiatives in adequation to projects and business needs
  • Focus on data collection to serve data-driven ways of working
  • Define AR strategy to optimize customer adoption, user training and cost of operations
  • Track industry trends and competitive landscape and define the product roadmap

Your profile
  • 5+ years of phygital (physical + digital) product management experience in B2B/B2C
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in French and English
