Job Responsibilities:
Strategy:
- Aid in the preparation of management and US meetings
- Participate in preparation of key international meetings (Panier & WWC)
- Support the US Category leader in the following:
- US Category growth plan development
- Strategic influence of master plan
- Preparation and attendance in Management & US Meetings, and Retailer Innovation Meetings
- Upskilling DMI on US Category dynamics
- Management of category DRIVE country relationship and communication
Project Management
- Magellan briefing and CODIGO codes
- Coordination with US Tech Center
- Artwork Process:
- Pre-documentation and mechanical creation
- Serving as the liaison to US Artwork Coordinators / ESKO Management
- BAT Management & Travel
- On-ground support with US Development Ecosystem: industry, labs, claims
- Support the US Category leader in the following:
- Drafting & adapting product concepts
- Financial/Economic equations with US & DMI Finance
- R&I/Industry Coordination
- Creation and/or validation of US Launch Pack
CMI
- Analysis: Consumer trends, Nielsen, competitive activity
- Research plan materials creation
- Participation in focus groups
IMC
- Post-mortem analysis on content and launches
- Support the US Category Leader in the following:
- Consultation of global & US-specific IMC development, and global comm book
- US asset list & model needs
- US claims & legal validation
Job Requirements:
Education/Experience:
- BA degree required; MBA desired
- 8+ years of Industry related marketing work experience (consumer package goods or beauty)
- Experience working collaboratively with R&D on a new product or renovation
- Prior experience in Operational or Global Marketing
- Experience managing challenging projects that may not have been successful
- Experience or exposure to international market

- Brand Administration: create project plan according to panier portfolio gaps; knowledge of brand equity and management

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:
Salary Range: $145,300-$207,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
