Job Description

  • Precision media planning and consulting, can transfer business target to precision media objective for business impact
  • ·       Have strategic thinking to set up solid KPI frame of precision media and well apply to campaign design
  • Negotiate with media for qualified inventory and competitive price
  • Manage tracking desk and DMP partners to ensure the performance delivery
  • Closely work with tracking providers on campaign monitoring and fully leverage their expertise on KPI evaluation
  • Optimize precision media performance based on data analysis and follow up with action plan like technical inspection, re-negotiation…
  • Collaborate with internal (brand team, data team…) and external (agency, tracking desk, DMP partners, tracking providers, media partners…) team to roll out precision media and build best practice
  • Achieve the annual target of precision media project such as:
    • Build incremental reach of target audience
    • Optimize frequency
    • Increase conversion rate
    • Ensure cost efficiency

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years working experience in Digital Marketing or Media planning (precision media planning in agency is preferred)
  • Good knowledge of precision media (working process, stakeholders, buying model, KPI setting, etc.)
  • Familiar with mainstream DSP/DMP in the market and have basic technical knowledge (tag structure, ad serving logic, data collection…)
  • Good communication and coordination ability
  • Strong learning ability
  • Strong logic and good sense on data analysis
  • Result oriented and actinium
